01 — ARCHITECTURE
The architecture firm that oversaw the entire design of Seoripul Square. They established the building’s core architectural language — UHPC facade design, asymmetric massing, and sunken garden. Pursuing architecture that commands its own presence while respecting urban context, with honesty of material and structural rationality as design principles.

02 — CONSTRUCTION
A general contractor that precisely realizes the owner’s vision and designer’s intent on site. From exposed concrete finish quality and precision UHPC panel installation to structural solutions for 4.0m floor heights — delivering completeness beyond the drawings through technical expertise and experience.

03 — UHPC FABRICATION
Fabricated the double-faced UHPC panels that define Seoripul Square’s identity. This ultra-high-performance concrete possesses over five times the compressive strength of conventional concrete while enabling delicate vertical texture expression. Factory-precision panels are dry-installed on site, achieving seamless facade continuity.

04 — LANDSCAPE
Designed the building’s exterior spaces connecting to Seoripul Park. From the linear landscaping of the 1F approach, the rooftop private garden, to the B1F sunken garden with natural light — planting nature’s breath within urban architecture. Species and placement were carefully planned so seasonal changes become the building’s expression.

05 — INTERIOR
An office interior specialist with over 15,000 corporate spaces designed and built.
